Request suppliers to update their profile

When you want to ask a supplier to update their profile, you can do this quickly without creating a campaign.
  1. Find the supplier that you want.
  2. In the drop-down list next to the supplier, select Invite supplier to update data.
    A pop-up window opens.
  3. In the Language drop-down list, select the language of the message that is sent to the supplier.
  4. In the Select template drop-down list, select the template, which defines the data content that is requested from the supplier.
  5. Click Send.
