Add custom fields
You must define custom fields before you can add them on information request templates.
- As a Company Administrator, click Services.
- Under Vendor Information Management, click Vendor Manager.
- Click Custom fields to expand the section.
- Click to create a new custom field.
- In the Field Name field, enter a name for the new custom field.
- In the Field description field, enter a description of the new custom field.

From the Type drop-down list, select what
kind of input the supplier should add in the new custom field:
- Number input
- The supplier can add a number.
- Text input
- The supplier can write text.
- Multiline input
- The supplier can write multiple lines of text.
- Date input
- The supplier can add a date.
- Link input
- The supplier can add a web link.
- Choice option
- The supplier can select one of the two options that you define.
- Document
- The supplier can add a document. The document must be in PDF format. The maximum file size is 25 MB.
- Single-choice selection
- The supplier can select one option from the list that you define.
- Select the Visible to vendor check box to make the field visible to your suppliers.
- Click Save.
