Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password on the Login page.

  1. Open the Login page:
    https://portal.basware.com
  2. Enter your username in the Username field, and click Next.

    In most cases, your username is the email address that you used when you registered to the service.

  3. Click Forgot your password?.
  4. Click Send Request.
    The service sends you an email with a link to a page where you can reset your password.
  5. When you receive the email, click the link to open it in your default web browser.
    The Reset Password page opens.
  6. Enter your new password in the New password field.
    Click Show to show the characters of the password. Your password must contain:
    • 10 characters
    • a lowercase character
    • an uppercase character
    • a special character
    • a number
  7. Click Change Password to save your new password.
